Loose diaphragm re-fits in the same way as original. Squeezes back in between the plastic rings. Dis-assembly of the slide NOT necassary. Do NOT cut the plastic rings, inner edge of the diaphragm is made to a precise thickness to allow re-fitting. Hints and tips sent with order. Viton rubber, not affected by Ethanol in modern fuel
