 NRP specialise in carburettor diaphragms, air cut-off valves (or coaster enrichment valves), carburettor overhaul kits and spares for all Japanese carbs. We manufacture and supply a large range of main diaphragms for Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Yamaha, Triumph, Aprilia, Benneli, Bimota, Beta, BMW, Buell, Cagiva, CCM, Ducati, Gilera, Harley-Davidson, KTM, Polaris ATV, Sachs, Sym, Ural motorcycles, as well as Malagutti, MBK, Vespa, Piaggio, Peugeot, Hyosung, Kymko, and other scooters, which are exclusively available from us.

We have been producing diaphragms since 1988, and take pride in not being constrained by genuine part supply.

We are the only source of many discontinued parts for older models, at much more reasonable prices.

We cover Mikuni, Keihin, Hitachi, Tokei and TK Kikaki carbs from 1960's to 2005.

Where as an original part the diaphragm is only available as a complete sealed unit, we offer a service where we refit a new diaphragm to your original slide. Where removal and re-fitting of the diaphragm to the original slides is relatively easy we can supply loose diaphragms for the customer to re-fit. We have re-designed many diaphragms to make this easier

Where the original part can be improved to ensure long and trouble free service, this is incorporated into the design.

We now manufacture all diaphragms using Viton [FKM/ Flourinated] rubber, far superior to traditional *Nitrile rubber, completely resistant and un-affected by modern fuel containing >10% alcohol and other aggressive additives.

NRP is THE UK distributer for KEYSTER carb kits, the most comprehensive carb rebuild kits available, and second to none for quality.


The Keyster carb kits cover from 1960-2000's As well as carburettor overhaul kits and fuel tap diaphragms and kits,we can supply gaskets, needle valves (float valves), jet needles, needle jets (emulsion tubes or nozzles), main jets, pilot jets seals and spares for all Japanese carbs.

We also supply fuel tap or petcock diaphragms and overhaul kits for most models,where many Genuine suppliers can only supply complete units. We have also produced a range of internal seals for Honda sealed unit fuel taps [petcocks] where the front of the tap is rivetted at the factory. Many of these taps are either dis-continued, or unrealistically priced.

 Inlet rubbers [Inlet manifold or carb to head rubbers] and some airbox rubbers/connectors are another product line we stock. Some currently dis-continued parts are in pre-production, and will be available in early 2018
